Ruler of the day?

Pet-Pet being a ruler for a day, sounds pretty cool now that I think about it. They wouldn’t have to do anything, just sit and listen to their surroundings. Nothing gives a single care in the world, just living, waiting to be used. Would anything even matter? I mean, she’s kinda small for her size she wouldn't be seen as the perfect ruler to use. Just sit and wait, watching people go by. Thinking to herself, maybe she is the perfect ruler so perfect nobody would use her. Maybe it’s her design, maybe she doesn’t stand out like the others. But she has color! She’s colorful like a rainbow losing its colors, becoming dull. Eh, it’s just colors. But, she can glow! That’s gotta be important, she glows. You can use her as a flashlight of some sort, maybe just play with the lights for fun. Maybe being a ruler isn’t worth it, there really isn’t anything to it. Now that she puts more thoughts into the situation she could measure some things for fun, maybe to help with important information. To be honest, this can be an easy job! Measure things and give information out to people, easy money! Is there a job that would take Pet-Pet as a ruler? Talking,glowing,colorful magic stick! The best ruler in the world, a very intelligent tool! This ruler can do anything, maybe rule the world someday with her knowledge, world of destroyers! The best ruler of them all, the queen of rulers. Would Pet-Pet be able to measure the tallest trees of them all or the small ones that she can reach? She climbed many trees before this should be an easy job. Smartest ruler of them all she can conquer the world, That weird “Noise” didn’t show up today. Noise would’ve criticized me by now for my efforts on being important, maybe he got bored of me. But that means, I WIN! I beat the noise, he isn't here, I'm the ruler!
